How Many Tree does it take to supply enough Oxygen for one person to survive?

Today I just want to share how to answer it. First of all, what we have to do is try to
figure out how much oxygen one person consumes.
According to Professor John Raden from Southern Oregon University Biology
estimates that the average human
require is about 130,000 litres per year. Trees both produce and consumer
oxygen, but in productive tropical
rainforest like at Malaysia releases around 273, 000 litres of oxygen per year. All of this we use every seconds, minutes, hours or every single day for living as a human being.

For our knowledge, a desert
junifer produces only 6000
litres. So, imagine we need to provide 21 junipers to keep one human aerated, while a single
rainforest specimen produces enough oxygen for two humans.
What do you feel when you see this things happen around you?
This forest is our basic for life..
I was thinking, who brave to denied it?

Successful Teaching
Development
of science and technology today is really challenging. The word of 'challenge' is
testing for us especially in our ability aspect, skills and strength during teaching process.
The
progress of Information Technology and Communication today actually give a big
impact to the education world because
this change needs us to take action for using the new technology based on the
Nation Education Philosophy.
The
progress of Science and Technology today also is very challenging and
sotisficited. This situation, make our needs in school managment more complex
then before. Besides that, problem of the school also increasing because of the
total student in the class. This situation need us to faced all the types of
challenge in system education change especially a teacher.
Based
on the Ministry of Education, our goals as a teacher is how to help for
increase the school performance to become one of the quality school in Malaysia.
Ten
years ago, all the teaching is more to teacher and book approach. But today,
teaching approach is really close to student and computer. Meaning to say, a
teacher just a guide. Therefore, all teacher must know and have a uniqe
approach for attract student attention. Besides that,a teacher also must have a
positive attitude (caring, loving,
intelligent, etc) because the most important thing as a teacher is they will always
be a role model to the community, race and nation.
so, To be a great teacher,
we must have a great idea.

LANGKAH MENGATASI SIKAP MALAS
Pernahkah anda merasa malas? Sudah tentu
ya…biasanya sikap MALAS itu adalah satu keadaan dimana kita enggan atau
ingkar untuk melakukan sesuatu. Bagi golongan dewasa, malas yang kronik adalah
satu keadaan dimana mereka lebih sanggup mengemis daripada bekerja…bagi seorang
pelajar, sikap malas boleh dinilai
melalui hasil kerja sekolah mereka. contohnya, seandainya anda belum melengkapkan tugasan yang diberikan oleh guru sehingga loceng berbunyi..itu menandakan anda lebih banyak bercakap daripada bertindak. Harus diingat, penghujung sikap malas kita adalah KEGAGALAN. Untuk belajar
semua orang diberi pilihan yang sama untuk memilih jalan KEJAYAAN atau GAGAL. Semuanya, ditentukan oleh diri sendiri dan
bukannya oleh orang lain. Jadi, dibawah adalah antara VITAMIN yang boleh
'dimakan' bagi mengatasi penyakit malas…sama2
kita renungkan dan cuba aplikasikan..…
1. Amalkan doa mengelak diri dari malas contohnya sebelum ke sekolah, pasang niat’ Hari ni, saya
nak datang untuk mendapatkan ilmu yang SEBANYAK dan SEBERAT mungkin’….
2. Ingat sasaran dan matlamat diri anda contohnya ‘saya sebagai pelajar perlu mencapai
cita-cita (nyatakan) untuk membahagiakan
ibubapa dan membolehkan saya menampung diri sendiri pada masa akan datang.
3. Teknik 10 Minit.
Contohnya, masa tunggu van kita tengok tajuk Pertanian di Pulau Jawa secara ringkas.
Then, masa dalam van…cuba ingat kembali..’
4. Banyak membaca bahan motivasi-
Diwajibkan dalam senarai bahan bacaan untuk mewujudkan semangat tinggi dan fikiran positif dalam diri.
5. Susun dan mudahkan jadual anda- contohnya, gunakan kaedah sistematik iaitu jangan
mengulangkaji Sejarah dan Geografi dalam waktu yang sama kerana
kedua-duanya memerlukan kita mengingat fakta. So, ambil matematik atau
sejarah adalah lebih baik…
6. Rehat dan tidur yang cukup – tetapkan masa tidur dan bangun yang teratur..
7. Bersenam dan beriadah – bagi mengurangkan
tekanan ambil masa untuk regangan badan..
8. Berkawan dengan orang yang positif – berkawan dengan orang positif, segala tindakan pasti bertukar auto
positif. Hasilnya juga akan menjadi positif…
9. Amalkan teknik pernafasan – tari nafas dan hembus. Kurangkan merungut dan mengeluh..
10.Suarakan
moto anda – tetapkan moto yang benar2 membantu
dan menguatkan anda dalam mencapai matlamat hidup..
